Answer:
I know a farmer in my locality. His name is. Mehboob Saithu. His main cultivation is rice. He has nearly 25 acres of paddy fields. In addition to rice, he also cultivates cowpeas and ladyfinger. He does not sell cowpeas and ladyfinger. He gives them free to his friends and relatives. He cultivates his fields only once a year as he depends on the monsoons for the cultivation. Usually he gets good profit when he sells the paddy to the buyers. He keeps enough for his yearly needs, and the rest he sells. If the monsoons are regular, he will make a profit. If the monsoons are early or late, his crops won’t be good and he may even suffer losses. He makes use of machines for his farming. He also gets money when he sells the hay. On the whole, he is happy as a farmer as his family lives comfortably with the income it gets from farming.
