The shuttle commander chooses Meteor for the mission. All other mice are surprised at the choice of
the commander as Meteor was a tiny mouse, much smaller and weaker than them.

At the take off all other mice except Meteor were nervous and were worried as they were pressed against their cages by the power of the launch. But Meteor was not at all worried and he enjoyed the adventure and the state of weightlessness.

While answering e-mails, one of the astronauts notices the key to the control panel stuck between the
monitors: as he tries to get it out, it gets wedged farther down. One astronaut tries to move the monitor
but it does not move. Another slips her fingers into the crack, and the key is stuck down too deep.

Then Meteor. being tiny, squeezes himself into the crack and everyone is anxious. Using all his force Meteor pulls out the key. proving that sometimes being small is of great advantage. Everybody on the flight, especially the commander. was delighted.

When the shuttle returns to the earth. Meteor is declared a hero. He is given a brand-new uniform, and an official title – Mousetronaut. All the astronauts cheer and applaud the tiny mouse who saved the mission from a disaster.
