I don’t care who her father is, her grades don’t even begin to compare to Martha’s. I won’t lie or falsify records. Answer:
William Wordsworth, identified as the greatest romantic poet ever, was always an admirer of nature. This poem in every sense is a celebration of nature. Throughout the poem the poet finds delight in the sights and sounds of nature and at the same time feels sad at what man has made of man.
Sitting in a grove, the poet relaxes at the natural feast all around. Looking at he primrose and periwinkle he feels that every flower enjoys the air it breathes. The birds which hopped and played around him reminded him of sublime mirth. In short, in every sight and sound in nature. the poet spotted happiness in plenty But looking at the human world the poet becomes very worried and dejected. He very much laments over what man has done to mankind as well as to nature.
‘Human attrocities on nature as well as on he himself makes the poet lament a lot. The poem is so rich in images The birds hopping and play- ing and buds spreading out are beauti- ful visual images. The rhyme scheme followed here is jabab). Flowers breath- ing the air and the budding twigs catching the breezy air are excellent examples of personification. In short, the poem is a beautiful feast to the mind and to the intellect.

Railways have altered people’s habits by making them move about much more. But railways have this compensating ad- vantage that although they take people much away from home. A long railway journey affords a first rate opportunity for reading. They were not, therefore, an unmixed disadvantage. But now things are changing.
The motor car is alto- gether unfavourable to reading. People consume more time in moving about than they did and they consume it under condition, which even for people with good eyes, must make reading difficult, if not impossible. The telephone is a deadly disadvantage. Wireless with all its delights, is now being added as a destruc- tion to divert people from time that might be given to the pleasure of reading. The cinematograph is another change in the same direction and flying is becoming more and more common.
A further disadvantage to reading is the great development of picture papers. In order to maintain the habit of reading books, plan reading beforehand; have always in mind three or four books which you have decided, you wish to read. When you get an opportunity, the choice may be readily made.

Answer:
Martha was a Mexican-American Negro girl. She was a student at Texas School. On those days it was a practice in the Texas School to award a scholarship jacket to the best student of the school, considering the merit on all the eight years. Since Martha was a straight A+ student she firmly believed that she would be awarded the scholarship jacket that year. She badly needed it. Quite accidentally she overheard a conversation between her Maths and History teachers. According to the Maths teacher Martha was a Negro and scholarship jacket should be awarded to Miss Joann, another student.
Her father was very rich and he was in the Board but Mr Schmidt, the History teacher could not approve of that and he said Martha was the best. The next day the principal called Martha to his room. He told her that from that year onwards there was a change. in the awarding of the scholarship jacket. He said that if Martha was ready to bear the cost of the scholarship jacket (15 dollars) she would get it. If not, it would be given to Joann. Martha said that she needed to discuss the matter with her grandfather.
Back at home, she approached grandfather who was farming in the field. She informed him what the principal had said. Dear Mother,
I want to tell you an incident that happened here. Yesterday: I came to my room very late after dinner. I was sitting in my chair. Suddenly I heard some noise in the ceiling I thought it was the sound of rats, as usual. But after sometime something fell down from the roof, like a rubber tube. To my astonishment, I found a snake. It was a cold blooded „cobra. It wriggled over my chair and landed on my shoulder. I didn’t know what to do. I was shocked and I couldn’t move.
The snake slithered from the shoulder to my hand. It spread its hood and stared at me. Suddenly it looked at the mirror on the table infront of me and moved towards it. Somehow I escaped from there and ran to my friend’s house. I don’t know how I spent that time. I met death face to face. I strongly believe that it is your prayers that saved me from this danger. Expecting your reply. Let me stop.
Your loving son,
Kumar
